Warranty Information
Eligible full-shower regrouting services may include a 7-year workmanship warranty, subject to the written quote, scope of work, site conditions, care instructions and warranty terms provided at the time of your job.
What this does not cover
- Floor-only work does not cover leaks originating from untreated areas, including walls, taps and screens.
- Existing waterproofing membrane failures are not automatically covered.
- Structural movement, plumbing faults and damage outside the completed scope of work may be excluded.
- Warranty coverage depends on following the curing and maintenance instructions provided after your job.
Warranty terms are confirmed in writing as part of your quote and job documentation. Epoxy grout is highly durable and water-resistant, but grout alone does not replace waterproofing. Please refer to your specific job's warranty documentation for full terms and any exclusions that apply to your property.
